World Health Organization recommendations show that 30 minutes of exercise a day is enough to be healthy. However, metabolism drastically slows down after 30 minutes of sitting, so it’s much better if your workout program is distributed throughout the day.

- Custom exercises.
Add any exercise according to specific needs of your body. Experiencing neck pain? Want your legs to be stronger? Something easy to perform just to be healthier? Maybe you have disabilities and struggling to find good exercises in regular fitness apps? Find exercises on the Internet, ask your therapist, invent your own or copy it from anywhere. Voice guidance helps to distribute your energy appropriately. You can change the speech if you want to cheer up yourself with few nice words or receive some motivation from the harsh voice assistant you made. - Flexible workout plan.
Drag your exercises to workouts section and they will be automatically organized according to workout duration set.

- Notification settings and workout duration.
Tap the timer label to adjust notification interval and text, workout duration, assign a speech you’ll hear when workout is completed. Set a 25 minutes notification interval along with 1 minute workout duration and you’ll get a perfect Pomodoro timer. Set a good, motivative notification text so you won’t have a temptation to skip a workout.

Sedent is designed to be smooth and considerate. When workout is completed, notification timer will be restarted and you’ll be automatically redirected to the main screen. It will not distract you with a bunch of notifications — you will receive only one notification and Sedent will sit (pun indented) quite until workout is performed. You can turn the timer on and off with one single tap. Exercise and settings management is one tap away.
